Air Force to seek new tanker bids: outgoing boss Departing U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne says the Air Force will likely reopen the KC-X bidding.

"I would say there's going to be a lot of fear in the system that, 'can we ever do this right,"' said Michael Wynne.
