Vietnam War's 'Ghost Squadron' finally gets its due
Members of the U.S. Navy Observation Squadron VO-67, the "Ghost Squadron", who served in Vietnam will attend a ceremony today at 11a.m. to receive the Navy and Marine Corps Presidential Unit Citation for extraordinary heroism and outstanding performance of duty in action.
It was called the Ghost Squadron because it did not officially exist.
