Europrop’s TP400 engine powers through bird strike test
Airbus A400M's troubled TP400-D6 engine has successfully completed its bird strike test.
The test was conducted at Techspace Aero’s (SAFRAN Group) test bed in Liers, Belgium and the TP400 recovered after the ingestion to produce over 80 per cent power.
